Today we announced that Sage has agreed to acquire AutoEntry. This is exciting news for us at AutoEntry as well as Sage. The AutoEntry management team along with all employees will remain and continue as your primary point of contact.
What this means for you is that we’ll not only continue to deliver our service to you as usual, but we will be able to rapidly invest to make your experience even better. Importantly, if you use accounting software that is not delivered by Sage, this news will not impact you. Sage’s investment in our technology will benefit all customers, spanning across our independent and open ecosystem, so you can still use the software that best meets your needs.
We are excited about the impact this acquisition will have on our ability to serve our customers at a much more rapid pace. We believe the investment Sage will make in AutoEntry will help us to continue to drive innovation, expand internationally, and develop our products using Sage’s expertise.
