Xerocon London takes place this week and we can’t wait to be there! Xerocon events are not to be missed and at Xerocon Brisbane in September, we loved hearing how our customers down under have been using AutoEntry to reduce paperwork and spend more time with their clients.
AutoEntry has become increasingly popular in the Xero marketplace for those looking to automate their bookkeeping data entry, so much so, that we were delighted to receive a shout out from Anna Curzon during her keynote, as one of the most highly recommended document processing applications!
With an action packed schedule, Xerocon London promises to be just as spectacular. Here’s some of what we’ll be looking forward to:
Opening Keynote: UK MD, Gary Turner will open the event, giving a recap on Xero initiatives for the year ahead
Keynote: Gerd Leonhard, CEO of The Future Agency, will discuss tech ‘game changers’ from mobility to IoT and big data
Keynote: On the second day, Olympic Champion, Sir Chris Hoy, will reveal what motivated him to achieve sporting success
Held in London’s ExCeL centre and as we remember from last year’s event, the Xero team will be pulling out all the stops to make it a date to remember, with plenty of opportunities to catch up with our network.
Our customers range from large consultancies and accounting firms to boutique bookkeeping firms and SMEs across all sectors and industries. One size doesn’t fit all, and since every customer has its own objectives, we personalise our offering to fit their individual needs. This approach has certainly served us well, seeing as we now serve many Xero practice partners, with some of our customers increasing revenues by 50% and others able to save hundreds of hours a month from using our software.
We’ll be exhibiting our software on both days, showing delegates the time-saving features AutoEntry offers, above and beyond what businesses might typically expect, or be accustomed to from other data entry solutions.
For instance, AutoEntry automates the capture of data from scanned and photographed images of almost any type of paper document including bank and credit card statements, supplier statements, bills, invoices, expenses, receipts and more, automating data entry into Xero software. AutoEntry captures tax summaries by default and if requested, full line item details including description, quantity and unit price. AutoEntry also remembers how you categorise your expenses such as the relevant supplier account, nominal account and tax code without ever creating duplicate supplier accounts or posting duplicate invoices into Xero. AutoEntry even matches invoices to purchase orders.
Yet, despite offering the broadest range of features out there, we also offer the best rates. Our fair and flexible pricing is based on a pay-as-you-use model, using credits which are billed as a monthly subscription. Adding more client companies or employees incurs no extra charges and any unused credits from one month rolls onto the next. Advanced plans are also available for larger firms with a high volume of documents.
We know that these aforementioned highlights are just a taste of what’s to come. So roll on Wednesday, we can’t wait to see what the day will have in store.
