QuickBooks Connect is taking place this week in San Jose, California, and we’re excited to be taking part. The AutoEntry team will be travelling over 8,000 kilometres to both exhibit and present at this year’s event!
In September, we were delighted to be shortlisted for Intuit’s ‘App Showdown’ competition. This gives the ten most popular apps in the QuickBooks app store, as voted for by users, an opportunity to present their app live at QuickBooks Connect. The winner will take home a cash prize - and the glory!
So on behalf of AutoEntry, CEO, Brendan Woods, will take to the stage in front of an audience of guest judges, small business owners and accountants. In just three minutes he will explain how the app works and why it’s making such an impact in the small business ecosystem. We think our technology speaks for itself, but whatever the outcome, we look forward to taking part on the day.
Elsewhere, there will be keynotes from celebrity guest speakers including author, Nate Berkus and Tyra Banks, and we’re excited to hear the latest announcements from Intuit execs, Rich Preece and Brad Smith. We’ll also attend the developer-focused sessions, which will showcase the latest engineering tools and resources available for app partners.
Last but not least, we hope to catch up with some of our US-based contacts and customers on their recent challenges and triumphs. During those conversations, we value hearing anecdotes of how users have successfully implemented AutoEntry into their organisations and reaped the rewards from eliminating manual data entry. And since SMEs continue to adopt digital tools in order to reduce administrative costs, we look forward to meeting more new prospects looking to uncover the power of automation for themselves.
QuickBooks events are always well worth the journey, so we’re looking forward to getting there. And if you’ll be attending this year, don’t forget to drop by our stand!
