1. Capture

Submit a document by snapping an image with your phone or dragging and dropping a digital file online.

AutoEntry accepts a breadth of documents including bills, receipts, sales invoices, employee expenses and supplier statements.

2. Categorize

AutoEntry automatically extracts and verifies the transaction data. All you need to do is set a supplier and GL account.

You can even tell AutoEntry to suggest categories for you based on previous uploads or create rules to auto-assign transactions from certain suppliers to a specified account.

3. Publish

AutoEntry connects with popular accounting platforms, so once your document is done processing you can publish it directly into your books.

Simply go to your Inbox and click Publish. You can also enable Auto-Publish to have AutoEntry post it automatically.
